We are committed to integrating digital and power electronics technologies, developing clean power, and enabling energy digitalization to drive the energy revolution for a better, greener future. At present, we have about 6,500 employees, conducting business in more than 170 countries and regions and serving over 3 billion people worldwide. Smart PV Huawei Digital Power provides FusionSolar All-Scenario Smart PV & ESS Solutions—including the Smart PV Inverter and Smart String Grid Forming Energy Storage System (ESS)—for utility, grid forming energy storage, smart microgrid, commercial and industrial (C&I), and residential scenarios. The smart PV systems and ESSs enable efficient operations throughout the lifecycle, helping customers build clean, safe, reliable, and grid-friendly energy bases that feature intelligent operations and maintenance (O&M) and lower levelized cost of energy (LCOE). Featuring full-architecture safety, all-scenario grid forming, full- lifecycle cost saving, and full-link digitalization, the Smart String Grid Forming ESS significantly enhances grid stability and renewable energy consumption in scenarios with significant renewable energy penetration. Focusing on "generation-grid-load-storage" synergy, a smart microgrid can supply 100% safe, reliable, and economical green power in off-grid and on-grid modes for remote areas without access to utility power—such as mines and islands. The FusionSolar C&I One-Fits-All Solution helps enterprises slash energy costs and scale up the proportion of green power consumption, empowering the green transition across industries. Our one-fits-all ecosystem not only maximizes self-consumption but also safely and intelligently manages energy consumption, helping more families adopt a low-carbon and high-quality lifestyle. Utility Grid Forming Energy Storage Smart Microgrid C&I Residential Huawei Digital Power 2024 Sustainability Report About Huawei Digital Power 02 Green ICT Energy Infrastructure Data Center Facility & Critical Power Site Power Facility Adopting the innovative concept of "reliable, agile, and sustainable," our scenario-specific solutions for large data centers, small and midsized data centers, and critical power supplies include core products such as the PowerPOD, uninterruptible power system (UPS), and smart modular data center. Our "One Cabinet One Site," "One Blade One Site," iSolar PV deployment, and site VPP 1 solutions help operators and tower companies build simplified, green, resilient, and reliable energy infrastructure, facilitating their green and low-carbon transition from energy consumers to energy prosumers. 1 Virtual Power Plant. Mobility Electrification Smart Charging Network DriveONE The FusionCharge Ultra-Fast Charging Solution delivers "1 km range by 1-second charge" for passenger vehicles and the FusionCharge Megawatt Charging Solution supplies up to 1.44 MW for heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) in urban, highway, dedicated (HGV, logistics vehicle, and bus), and on-premises charging scenarios, aiming to power the road ahead and make charging as easy as refueling. Our DriveONE suite of motion domain solutions for battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) covers everything motion related, from the electric drive system to the on-board charging system, delivering excellent performance in range efficiency and motion control. It not only helps automakers build better vehicles, but also enhances the driving experience and accelerates the electrification of the automobile industry. Huawei Digital Power 2024 Sustainability Report About This Report 03 About This Report Time Range Data Sources and Reliability Statement Access to the Report Scope of the Report Description of Appellations Reporting Principles Huawei Digital Power has released an annual sustainability report since 2021. The report covers the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, though some sections extend beyond this timeframe. All data and cases in the report originate from Huawei Digital Power's statistical reports, relevant documents, and public materials. To ensure reliability, fairness, and transparency of the report, we have engaged SGS, a testing, inspection, and certification company, to independently verify the content of the report and issue an assurance statement (see Appendix 3). Unless otherwise stipulated, amounts in the report are denominated in RMB. The report will be published in both simplified Chinese and English on October 14, 2025, for your reference. In case of any minor discrepancy in the content, the Chinese version shall prevail.
